Website Terms and Conditions – NeuroView Last Updated: 20 / 01 / 2026 1. General Welcome to the NeuroView website (the “Website”). The Website is operated by NeuroView (the “Business”) and is intended for the presentation and sale of diagnostic and educational equipment in the fields of medicine and rehabilitation. Use of the Website, including the purchase of products, constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Business reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time, and the version published on the Website shall be the binding version. 2. Product Information and Intended Use The products offered on the Website are intended for educational, training, research, and observational purposes only. The products do not constitute a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical advice, or medical treatment. Responsibility for the use of the products and for any interpretation or application of information observed through them rests solely with the user. The products are intended for use by professionals or authorized personnel only. 3. Quality Standards and Regulation The Business operates in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 13485 Quality Management System for medical devices. Compliance with ISO 13485 reflects manufacturing, control, and documentation processes, but does not constitute regulatory approval for clinical use in any specific country. Responsibility for ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements outside of Israel rests with the purchaser. 4. Supply of Products and Shipping Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of order. Estimated delivery times: Within Israel: up to 7–14 business days International shipments: subject to destination and shipping provider Delays beyond the control of the Business may occur, including customs delays, holidays, force majeure events, or shipping carrier delays. The Business shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from delivery delays. 5. Warranty All products are inspected prior to shipment and are dispatched in proper working condition. The warranty is valid for one (1) year (12 months) from the date the product is received. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover: Use not in accordance with the product’s intended purpose Negligent use, drops, breakage, or liquid damage Modification, repair, or opening performed by anyone other than the Business In the event of a covered defect, the Business may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product. 6. Transaction Cancellation and Returns Transaction cancellation shall be conducted in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981. A transaction may be canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product Conditions for cancellation: The product has not been used The product is returned in its original packaging and in new condition Cancellation fees: up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect delivery Cancellation is not permitted for custom-made products or products that have been used. 7. Limitation of Liability Use of the products is entirely at the user’s own risk. The Business shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, bodily injury, medical harm, or property damage arising from the use of the products. In any event, the Business’s liability, if established, shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid. 8. Privacy Policy The Website collects minimal personal information necessary for order processing, payment, and customer service. Personal data shall not be transferred to third parties except for: Payment processing providers Shipping companies Legal requirements The Website uses standard security measures available on the WIX platform. Use of the Website constitutes consent to this Privacy Policy. 9. Intellectual Property All content on the Website, including texts, images, videos, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of the Business. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent. 10. Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District. 11. Restriction on Sales to High-Risk Countries and International Sanctions The Business operates in accordance with Israeli law, including the guidelines of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy, enforcement and regulatory authorities, as well as applicable international sanctions regimes. Accordingly: The Website does not permit the sale, supply, or shipment of products to countries, entities, or individuals classified as high-risk, sanctioned, or restricted, in accordance with official publications and guidelines of the State of Israel and/or relevant international bodies. The list of restricted countries and entities may change from time to time, and the Business reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, even after it has been placed, if it is found to be in violation of such restrictions. In the event of cancellation for this reason, the amount paid shall be refunded, less payment processing fees or costs already incurred, insofar as permitted by law. Responsibility for ensuring that the customer, shipping destination, and intended use of the product comply with applicable laws and sanctions regimes rests solely with the customer. The Business shall not be liable for any damage, delay, or loss resulting from non-compliance with these provisions.
